Accessibility is important and complicated enough that we need good information sources.
Only occasionally do I come across a website on this. I should start collecting links to them:

People discussed it on some forums, asking and answering questions, but a couple of those fora have largely disappeared from most of the Web we use. At least, they have been archived, and here are links so you can read old threads through the Wayback Machine for tips and suggestions (these are the latest available and may not represent their states immediately before owners stopped updating the fora):
